Abrupt end to dike can be fixed

Tired of our usual bike ride to Deas Island Regional Park via the Millennium Trail, we went in search of something new. I had been told you can get out to Wellington Point Park by using the dike along River Road West, so I thought I'd give it a shot, with my wife and son along in our recent convoy.
