9/11 ceremonies The memorial ceremony in Watchung to remember those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Village Green across from Borough Hall on the Watchung Circle. Mayor Albert Ellis and the Borough Council will lead the ceremony. All are invited.
